Meal Kit Delivery Service - Terms and Conditions
1. Order Placement and Deadline: 1.1 Orders for our meal kit delivery service must be placed by Tuesday 11:59 PM (AEST) the week prior to your desired delivery date. 1.2 Failure to place an order by the specified deadline may result in a delay in delivery to the following week.
2. Meal Selection: 2.1 If you do not select specific meals for your delivery, we will curate the meal options based on your previous orders and your subscription preferences. 2.2 Occasionally we may need to substitute an ingredient due to supply chain issues.
3. Delivery Process: 3.1 Our drivers will deliver your meal kit box to the address provided during the ordering process. 3.2 If you are not available to receive the delivery, our drivers will leave the box in a safe location specified by you during checkout. 3.3 We are not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur after the box has been delivered to the designated safe place.
4. Cooling Packs: 4.1 Our specially designed cooling packs are included in the meal kit boxes to maintain the freshness and safety of the ingredients. 4.2 These cooling packs are designed to keep your items cool for up to 6 hours after delivery. 4.3 It is recommended to refrigerate the ingredients as soon as possible after receiving the delivery to ensure optimal freshness.
5. Delivery Locations: 5.1 We offer delivery to both residential addresses and workplaces within our delivery zones. 5.2 Please ensure that the provided delivery address is accurate and complete to ensure a successful delivery.
6. Delivery Charges: 6.1 A flat delivery fee of $10 will be charged for each delivery.
6.2 This delivery fee is subject to change and may vary based on location and circumstances.
7. Box and Ice Pack Collection: 7.1 During each subsequent delivery, our drivers will collect the used meal kit boxes and cooling packs from your previous delivery. 7.2 These items will be recycled or properly disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
8. Subscription Changes and Cancellations: 8.1 You can manage your subscription, including making changes or cancelling it, through your online account. 8.2 Any changes to your subscription must be made before the order deadline to be effective for the upcoming delivery.
9. Liability and Warranty: 9.1 While we take every precaution to ensure the quality and safety of our meal kit contents, we cannot be held responsible for any allergies, sensitivities, or adverse reactions to the ingredients. 9.2 Our liability is limited to the cost of the meal kit and its delivery.
